When measuring for your Glass Chairmat, remember that your new Glass Chairmat is rigid and will not flex when it is being installed. A 1 inch buffer area separating it from furniture and furniture legs is recommended.
Be sure the carpet or floor under your new Glass Chairmat is clean. Your mat will be virtually invisible once installed, allowing the carpet or floor to show through. In order to choose the best size Glass Chairmat, we recommend that you include the area where you typically roll your chair. Although it is not difficult to roll on and off, your experience will be enhanced if your chair stays on the Glass Chairmat.

CLEANING
Glass Chairmats can me cleaned with any type of glass cleaner.We recommend using a microfiber pad for best streak free results. Microfiber pads can be found in the household cleaning section of many stores.

Clearly Innovative Glass Chairmats, Desk, and Table Tops are warranted to be free from defects for the life of the product when used as intended and limited as set forth below:

This warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, misuse, using chairs with metal casters, contact with a glass, metal, tile, ceramic, or concrete objects including but not limited to furniture legs; used not as intended, placed on uneven floor, accident, or unauthorized alterations. All claims must be accompanied by a digital photograph of the chair mat or glass top and specifically the failure being claimed. KBJ Enterprises LLC (hereafter for convenience “KBJE”) will, at its sole option, repair or replace any mat, except for scratching, or offer a full refund of the purchase price, in KBJE’s sole discretion, in the event such mat fails in its normal use as it is intended to be used. Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to the customer provided that the customer shall be responsible for any shipping and transportation costs.

This warranty extends only to the original purchaser at the original shipped location. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether expressed, implied or statutory, including any liability arising under any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, statutory, or otherwise. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which may vary from state to state. In no event shall KBJE be liable for any incidental, special, or indirect or consequential damages, whether resulting from the use, misuse or inability to use the product. The limited warranty remedies, as set forth herein, shall be your sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty. The maximum liability for any defective product shall in no event exceed the purchase price for the defective product.
